1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.djradio.ae, the DJ Radio Dubai audio stream, the DJ Radio Dubai mobile application and all related services (together, the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("DJ Radio Dubai", "we", "us").
By accessing the Service, starting the stream or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


2. The Service
DJ Radio Dubai is an online radio station broadcasting electronic music and DJ mixes — Deep House, House, Afro House, Techno and Progressive — 24 hours a day, from Dubai to the world.
The Service is provided free of charge for private, personal listening. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.


3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.


4. Permitted use
You may listen to the stream for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment.
You may not:

  • record, rip, capture, copy or store the stream or any part of it

  • re-broadcast, re-transmit, simulcast or publicly perform the stream, in whole or in part, including in bars, shops, gyms, events or other public premises, without our prior written permission and the appropriate music licences

  • embed, frame or redistribute the stream on another website, app or platform without our prior written consent

  • use the Service for any commercial purpose, including background music in a business

  • circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, geo-restriction or access control feature

  • use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the Service, or take any action that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

  • use the Service in any way that breaches applicable law, including the media, content and public decency laws of the United Arab Emirates

5. Intellectual property
All content made available through the Service — including music, mixes, jingles, imagery, the DJ Radio Dubai name, logo, station identity and website design — is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights, and belongs to DJ Radio Dubai, its licensors, the respective rights holders or the performing artists.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or grants you any licence beyond the limited right to listen described in Section 4.
Music is broadcast on the basis of the licences held by DJ Radio Dubai and/or its streaming provider. Those licences cover our broadcast — they do not extend to you.


6. Submissions from DJs and artists
We welcome mixes, tracks and demos.
By submitting material to us, you confirm that:

  • you own or control all rights in the material, including all rights in the underlying recordings and compositions, or you have secured all necessary permissions and clearances

  • the material does not infringe any third-party right and does not contain unlawful, defamatory or offensive content

  • you grant DJ Radio Dubai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to broadcast, stream, reproduce, publicly perform and promote the material on the Service and on our social media channels

  • you may withdraw this licence with 30 days' written notice; we will remove the material from future programming, though archived promotional posts may remain

We are under no obligation to broadcast any submission, and we do not pay for unsolicited submissions unless expressly agreed in writing.
Do not send us confidential material. We may receive similar material from many artists and cannot treat submissions as confidential.


7. Newsletter and communications
Subscribing to our newsletter means you agree to receive emails about the station, shows, mixes and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Details of how we handle your email address are in our Privacy Policy.


8. Third-party services and links
The Service links to and relies on third-party platforms — including RadioKing, radio aggregators, app stores and social media. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.


9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical failures, provider outages, licensing constraints or force majeure may cause interruptions. We are not liable for any interruption or for content that is temporarily or permanently unavailable.


10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.


11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DJ Radio Dubai, its owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.


12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DJ Radio Dubai harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or any material you submit to us.


13. Copyright complaints
If you believe content broadcast on DJ Radio Dubai infringes your rights, contact us at info@DJRADIODUBAI.AE with:

  1. your name and contact details

  2. identification of the work concerned

  3. where and when the material was broadcast or published

  4. a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf

  5. your signature (electronic is sufficient)

We review every notice and remove infringing content from our programming where the claim is substantiated.


14. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or block access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.


15. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. The current version is always published at www.djradio.ae with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.


16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates / SWITZERLAND — CHOOSE ONE].
